Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted only for valid reasons, such as and upon prrof:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

🕒 Return Period

You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your order.

🎯 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Items with tags removed, signs of wear, or damage caused after delivery cannot be returned.

💬 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, you can either:

    • Bring it to our Albion store, or

    • Send it back by post (delivery fees are at your charge).

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for another size or item, we’ll be happy to assist — depending on stock availability.
